While we do our best to ensure quality staff to our clients, unfortunately some candidates may leave or are terminated. If this happens within 90 days of hire, Get A Job will replace that candidate AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. That’s how much faith we put in our process and in our quality candidates. In addition, we will check in with our client every week throughout the guarantee period to make sure their needs are being met and the candidate is doing well. This provides true peace of mind to our clients.
