Most staffing agencies charge anywhere between 15-30% of the annual salary with most charging 20%. Get A Job is different! We do not use a sliding scale percentage based pricing model in our business. We charge a flat fee rate that does not change with the offer amount. Quite often, our quoted fee saves our clients up to 50-60% in comparison to the traditional agency rate. Additionally, the price you are quoted from the outset is what goes on your contract and it is what you will be invoiced. This means even if a candidate that we present to you is a superstar and they are offered a salary that is $10,000 higher than what the position offers, your fee for the position will not change.
We take multiple factors into consideration when pricing for a role including but not limited to the job title, desired years of experience, required level of education, required language capabilities, salary and benefits, company type and size, etc. The reason these factors are considered in pricing is because depending on the specifications that the employer requests will ultimately determine how much time, recruiting, and marketing expenses will be utilized on that role.
For example, an entry level Office Administrator role requires much less time, effort, and marketing expenses to recruit for when in comparison to a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney that speaks two languages and is required to have 5-7 years of experience. That makes sense doesn’t it?
We are a virtually-based staffing agency. Every member of our trained staff works remotely. Put simply, Get A Job doesn’t carry the massive expenses and liabilities that a traditional agency pays, thus we save hundreds of thousands of dollars in business expenses. This amount of savings allows us to pass on the benefits to our clients. We charge lower prices because we can!
We understand the needs of a modern business, we know how hard it is to keep a business thriving and profitable, and we felt a need in the staffing and recruiting space for something new and different.
Think back to 1991, the traditional agency would take on a job placement order and had to manually recruit for talent which meant going through the company’s internal database of resumes (which was most likely in paper form not digital), call candidates one by one, and bring them in for an interview. They would fax the qualified candidates to your office which meant this process would take all day. In many cases, the process could take weeks, if not months to secure the right person for the role. The staffing agency of 1991 definitely earned that 20%! Flash forward thirty years, recruiting that took weeks or months literally takes days or even hours depending on the role. Interviews take place in person as well as video conferencing and jobs can get posted to hundreds of job sites in minutes. This field doesn’t require nearly the amount of manual work that it used to demand. So why charge the same rates when our job just isn’t the same? We think differently, that is why we slashed the price but not the value and not the quality. Our clients rave about our high level and personalized service despite charging a fraction of the price.
